Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in The Galleria Mall. The service is unmatched. The staff genuinely cares about the time you spend there. The meal is excellent; everything we tried melted in our mouths. It is our first time to visit The Cheesecake Factory, so we asked Ms. Mei to recommend the best dishes that we could try. We ordered Cheeseburger Spring Rolls, Parmesan-Herb Crusted Chicken, and Shrimp Scampi. They even sang a birthday song for me and my sister. Thank you very much, once again, to Ms. Mei for the best food recommendation and excellent/friendly service. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back soon!

I came to Cheesecake Factory with the same expectations that I always have - A cozy atmosphere, giant portions of food, and the lovely service. On my latest visit here, the place checked out all three of these expectations, however I must say that the BBQ burger was really dry. I ordered the Cherry Limeade which was sharp, tangy and sweet, the Louisiana Chicken Pasta which was creamy, spicy, and delicious, but the BBQ burger was disappointing. The patty was cooked to the point where the BBQ sauce could not even rehydrate it. There was too much bun and onion rings, but i wish the patty was medium well instead of beyond well done. The fries and the barbecue dipping sauce were delicious though. Our server, Marie Grace did a phenomenal job of keeping us engaged and ensuring we were well-fed. Obviously this was a case of one order gone south, but will definitely visit Cheesecake Factory again. Also, please open a branch in Sharjah 😉

Been to all there branches in AD and the one in Dubai mall. Food is just amazing and the portion is for sharing! Huge & satisfying. Worth every penny! My fav dishes are: • steak Tacos w/ mashed potatoes. • chicken cajun with coleslaw salad. • mac n cheese balls. • four cheese pasta! • Beef loaf. • Luau salad. • fried calamari. •Louisiana chicken pasta. • potato totes. • strawberry lemonade • Steak diane * bbq chicken salad Enjooyyy❤️❤️❤️

never order medium rare steak. I myself am fond of cooking and I can say that it is not prepared correctly here. Those shrimp that came with the steak were too salty and there was too much lemon sauce, it overwhelmed the whole taste of the shrimp. The puree that comes with shrimp and steak is ruined by the fact that pieces of onion are added to it. I don't recommend this place to people with a weak stomach. The caesar that my wife ordered had a very strange sauce due to too much pepper in it. this cuisine is not for me, I will not return here again in any city

(3 out of 5 stars) I had a good experience at the Cheesecake Factory in Abu Dhabi. The food was delicious and great, especially the Caesar salad, it was the best I've had! However, I was disappointed to find our table was not clean when we sat down, bearing dirt from previous customers. Additionally, I find the prices to be on the higher side. While the food was commendable, I'd reconsider returning mainly due to the cost.

My first few experiences of the cheesecake factory haven’t been great, but this one differed. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and gave us really helpful tips on what to order and how much to order. To start with, the portions here are HUGE so although they weren’t doing the lunch menu in the evening, they did a lunch size Louisiana chicken pasta for me. This was still very big and I couldn’t finish it. The chicken was crispy and the flavours of the pasta were delicious. We also ordered the factory Turkey burger that came with chips, and again the portion was very large. I would suggest ordering small plates to share for small eaters like me. We left some room for dessert, so we then had the Adam’s peanut butter cup fudge ripple which we managed to finish off. This was delicious, creamy and full of flavour. Very reasonable prices for the food portions and choices. Great for a family outing!
